Preparation of lipids solution

Thaw the SS lipid reagent and confirm to be completely dissolved and homogeneous.

Measure the reagent into tube.

!! Do not add EtOH directly into the reagent bottle !!
The reagent usually contains some more than indicated volume to compensate for adhesion loss.

Purge the reagent bottle and the tube with inert gas after the measurements.
