TBS Dilution of Raw LNP Solution

  • Before using Amicon®, wash the filter by TBS buffer according to Amicon® protocol.
    • !! Use Amicon® as ultrafiltration device !!
    • Sometimes aggregation occurs in other devices.
  • TBS dilution of raw LNP solution by vortex at 1000 rpm.
  • Mix the solution by gently inverting the Amicon® tubes 4-6 times.
    • !! Do not agitate or shake the tubes to avoid aggregation !!
