Abstract
We developed cleavable pendant-type PEG linkers enabling DAR8-ADCs with reduced hydrophobicity. PEG8/PEG12 linkers showed superior PK and efficacy over DAR4-ADCs. Notably, DAR8-ADC with PEG12 showed high tolerability with no weight loss in vivo.
