Tokyo, Japan — NOF CORPORATION is pleased to announce that a collaborative study using NOF’s ionizable lipid materials has been published in the Journal of Controlled Release (389 (2026) 114414).

The paper, “Combination of ionizable lipids with oleic acid and vitamin E scaffolds for RNA cancer vaccine delivery,” reports the development and evaluation of dual‑ionizable lipid LNP formulations designed for application in mRNA cancer vaccine.

NOF supplied two proprietary ionizable lipids that were incorporated into LNP formulations used in the study.
The study evaluated these formulations for efficient mRNA delivery in tumor‑bearing mice, with a focus on immune responses and tumor suppression.
